Jamiat Fuqha-e-Islam is a political and religious party in India. This party belongs to Ahl-e-Sunnah and Jamaat. And this is the representative party of Suad Azam.
It was founded in 2008 by Ameer Shariat Hazrat Allama Maulana Mufti Muhammad Abdul Qadir Khan Sahib Mufti Azam of Maharashtra.
The aims and objectives of Jamiat-e-Fiqh-e-Islam-e-Hind are as follows.
(1) Struggling for the establishment of the religion and the propagation of Islam by gathering the scattered forces of Muslims under the guidance of Islamic Scholars and Jurists(Fuqah),
also to protect the rights of Islam and the ideology of Ahl-e-Sunnah.
(2) To guide the Muslims in all spheres of life, political, religious, economic, economic and national affairs in the light of the Holy Qur’an and the Hadiths of the Prophet Mohammad (peace
and blessings of Allah be upon him) and to make a practical struggle accordingly.
(3) Trying to reach the House of True Muslim Representatives in India so that the people of India, on the one hand, can benefit from the harmful effects of communal capitalism and atheism on
the other, and enjoy the blessings of a natural social system.
(4) To strive for the promotion and development of a comprehensive and inclusive education system in India, which will enable Muslims to have the ability to fear God, fear the Hereafter, adhere
to the tenets of Islam and perform the duty of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil.
(5) To create in the hearts of the Muslims of India a spirit of self-sacrifice for the sake of Allah, national defense and stability and integrity.
(6) The purpose of life among Muslims is unity of thought and action and development of Islamic brotherhood in such a way that provincial, regional, linguistic and ethnic prejudices are removed from them.
(7) Establishing strong ties with the Muslim world in connection with the establishment of religion and the word of God.
(8) To strive for the freedom and independence of all subjugated Muslim countries and to create opportunities for the dignified Islamic life of the Muslim minorities of non-Muslim countries.
(9) To prevent the conquest of false sects, immorality and anti-Islamic activities through writing and speech and other constitutional means.
(10) Prevention of sedition, anti-Islamic activities and incitement of false sects through writings and other constitutional means.
